Ni-Pangee is a digital platform that connects users with local events, experiences, and activities in Kenya and East Africa. We provide event discovery, booking, and recommendation services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book an event through Ni-Pangee:

• •Ni-Pangee acts as an intermediary platform

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Upload malicious code or viruses
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Ni-Pangee, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by Ni-Pangee or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ni-Pangee is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for event cancellations or changes.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the individual event provider's cancellation policy. Ni-Pangee facilitates refunds but does not control provider policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
