Is Ni-Pangee free to use?
Yes. Browsing and discovering events and venues on Ni-Pangee is completely free for attendees. You only pay for the tickets or bookings you choose to make.
How do I book an event or venue?
Find an event or venue you like, select your preferred date and tickets or package, and complete checkout using M-Pesa, a card, or another supported payment method.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual event organizer or venue owner. You'll see the specific policy on the event or venue page before you book.
How will I know my booking was successful?
You'll receive an instant confirmation in the app and by email with your booking details and, where applicable, your entry ticket or reference code.
For Event Organizers & Venue Owners
How do I list my event or venue on Ni-Pangee?
Create an organizer or venue owner account, then submit your listing with details, photos, and availability. Our team reviews new listings to keep the platform trustworthy.
How do payments work for organizers and venue owners?
Attendee payments are collected securely through Ni-Pangee and settled to your account, minus our service commission, on a regular payout schedule.
Can I manage multiple events or venues at once?
Yes, your dashboard lets you manage listings, availability, and bookings across as many events or venues as you operate.
